Over the Border to Oregon & Valley of the Rogue

We woke up at Lake Siskiyou, downed another awesome camp breakfast and got back on Highway 5, headed north.

Why is it so important to capture the state Welcome sign?
(Maybe it's just me.)

We headed to Valley of the Rogue, an Oregon State Park. The river is so close that you can almost hear it but you can't actually see it from the campground.

Our spot:

After we set up and took a walk around the campgrounds, we settled in to rest up for our jaunt to see a play at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival the next night.

I don't have a picture of the play we saw, "The Heart of Robin Hood," because I attracted the attention of the usher while trying to take said picture. No cameras allowed!
